Chicago Park
Named for its founding residents, who came from Chicago to California in the late 1800s to grow fruit and ship back to the Midwest, Chicago Park is a residential and unincorporated historic agricultural community. Just up the hill from the Bear River, Chicago Park also neighbors Rollins Reservoir, where residents and visitors alike enjoy fishing, boating, waterskiing, and has four independently operated campgrounds. Located along Highway 174, about nine miles southeast of Grass Valley and three miles north of Colfax, Chicago Park and Peardale offer a rural lifestyle within a short drive to town, and a short commute to Interstate 80.Sorry we are experiencing system issues.
