The Betsy Hamilton Real Estate Team is pleased to announce the recent addition of Lucille Allen, a fellow RE/MAX GOLD Realtor, to its team of professionals.
Allen, who moved to western Nevada County with her husband in 2017, has been acknowledged for her accomplishments as a Realtor and has been recognized as a top selling and top listing agent, a Rising Star and a member of the RE/MAX Executive Club.

A University of California, Davis graduate who also earned a master’s degree in communications from California State University, Sacramento, Allen formerly served as marketing director for several high-tech infrastructure organizations over two decades and was consistently recognized for her innovative systems and achievements.
“I’m not just a Realtor; I’m a cancer survivor, a small business owner, and a yoga teacher,” she said. “These experiences have taught me to approach life with integrity, excellence, passion, knowledge, and fun — principles that I hold dear and apply to every aspect of my work.”
She and her business partner teamed up to design the first Yoga-Alliance accredited training program designed to help yoga enthusiasts teach Bikram style yoga. Over a six-year period, more than 200 people attended the 28-day intensive training.
Today, she’s serving western Nevada County clients as a licensed Realtor based in the RE/MAX GOLD office at 436 Broad St. in Nevada City.
